Why superheated steam pyrolysis is superior to conventional methods.
Superheated steam creates an oxygen-free HβO gas environment at 350~600Β°C. Oils are distilled and vaporized, chlorine is absorbed by catalyst layers, then liquefied in cooling condensers. No oxygen reaction means zero dioxin and COβ emissions.
Extracted syngas is recycled as fuel for the boiler and superheater. After initial startup, no external fuel is needed. Operating costs are primarily labor and control electricity.
Mixed waste including food residue, mud-covered plastics, and vinyl can be fed directly. No washing or sorting equipment needed β just one day of moisture drainage.
4-stage purification: NOx decomposition (denitrification), SOx removal (desulfurization), particulate removal (dust collection), odor removal (deodorization). Purified water is recycled to the steam boiler.
