Oxygen-Free Decomposition

Superheated steam creates an oxygen-free Hβ‚‚O gas environment at 350~600Β°C. Oils are distilled and vaporized, chlorine is absorbed by catalyst layers, then liquefied in cooling condensers. No oxygen reaction means zero dioxin and COβ‚‚ emissions.

Self-Sustaining Operation

Extracted syngas is recycled as fuel for the boiler and superheater. After initial startup, no external fuel is needed. Operating costs are primarily labor and control electricity.
